Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Battlestation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
Description of Service
Battlestation is a family organization application that provides features including but not limited to: grocery list management, chore tracking, goal setting, shared calendars, and kiosk mode. The Service is available on iOS, Android, and web platforms.
Accounts
Account Creation
To use Battlestation, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children under 18 may use the Service under a parent or guardian's account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Subscriptions and Payments
Free and Premium Plans
Battlestation offers both free and premium subscription plans. The free plan includes limited features. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page.
Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on your platform.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Premium subscriptions. For refunds, contact support@battlestation.app. Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases must be requested through those platforms.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect current billing periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Battlestation (lists, tasks, events, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and sync this content as necessary to provide the Service.
Third-Party Integrations
Grocery Store Integration
The grocery store integration feature is provided as a convenience. Battlestation is not affiliated with any grocery store. Each store's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to your use of their services.
Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, Google's terms of service apply. Battlestation accesses only the calendars you authorize.
Intellectual Property
The Battlestation name, logo, and all related graphics, software, and content are the property of Battlestation, Inc. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battlestation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Battlestation and its employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
